Textbooks Required for this Course
The following textbooks are required for this course:
- A King James Version (or Authorised Version) of the Bible. Other Bible translations are helpful but Kevin Conner does teach mainly from the King James version.
- Interpreting the Scriptures by Kevin J. Conner and Ken Malmin.
- Interpreting the Scriptures – Self Study Guide by Kevin J. Conner. This Self-Study Guide is to be used for the workshop assignments as well as being partially used in the video teaching sessions.
A downloadable PDF copy of the full content of the last two books above are included with the purchase of this course (see the next lesson). These are for your own private use or your small group.
How to Get the Most out of this Course
- Work through the sessions in your own time and at a pace that suits your learning style. The goal is not to merely get through the course but to let the principles get through to you as you understand then apply them to your life.
- Watch each lesson in sequence and complete the homework assignments before moving on to the next session.
- Pause the video teaching if necessary for taking down notes, copying diagrams or other additional material.
- In order to obtain the fullest benefit from this course, do your best to complete all the assignments in the Self-Study Guide.
